Ready for Swisscom
You will coordinate, manage and support a small team of 4 dynamic engineers dedicated to level 3 support for all user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, scanners, printers, workplace, meeting room equipment, etc.) in a Swiss multinational in Vevey. You will act as the central point of contact for the team and manage the overview of activities, team objectives and current projects. This includes assigning and monitoring team tasks, providing regular and tailored follow-up to the relevant customer, as well as providing technical support and expertise to team members, helping them to solve complex technical problems. Every IT device in Switzerland is the technical responsibility of this team, to ensure seamless integration into the customer's environment and an optimal user experience. The technical scope covers hardware, firmware/BIOS, drivers, operating system and administration and monitoring platforms.
