Ready for Swisscom

You will be joining an agile team where you will help in the implementation of new application and capabilities. You will work from analysis to implementation phases. The project team (i.e. Agile Team) is composed of developers, testers, a solution designer, scrum master and product owner. This team share development and support activities, and it consists of about 22 people in total and interacts with different business teams within Swisscom. We work on portal functionalities, API/Integration, Specific applications. The portal implemented is the central workflow system for all the Sales within Swisscom. Interfaces to about 20 other systems have to be maintained.

  • Your ServiceNow knowledge will be put to use through various tasks: Scripting, Solution Design, Configuration, Development
  • You bring your expertise in ServiceNow to the team and the business
  • Monitoring the evolution of the application over time
  • Driving the continuous improvement and development of our application and existing features
  • 20% travel within Switzerland and partial work from home option

  • Ability to read, understand and search ServiceNow Javascript API
  • Several years of experience in Service Portal development
