As a System Engineer, you will enhance our ServiceNow Platform Infrastructure and take charge of our agile, Scrum-based team. Problem-solving skills are crucial in driving continuous improvement and efficiency. Join our innovative culture and propel our organization forward in the ever-changing tech landscape. Our focus is on high availability infrastructure (Galera Cluster), hosting Java applications, optimizing databases and ensuring user satisfaction for both internal and external applications.

  • Managing infrastructure incidents and bugs
  • Developing automation solutions
  • Overseeing infrastructure lifecycle processes
  • Working on ServiceNow development
  • Analyzing processes and finding effective solutions

  • Proficient with MySQL (DBA and/or development)
  • Expert in Ansible and proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash, Go)
  • Proficient with Linux and competent in setting up systems monitoring solutions (metrics exporters, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Familiarity with high availability database clusters (MariaDB Galera) is a plus
