In this 60 to 100% job you work partly from home.

You travel up to 10% of your working time within Switzerland.

The Swisscom Enterprise Architecture department is where strategic topics get developed. You make a valuable contribution to the evolution of the architecture vision, the company-wide architecture alignment and the enforcement of the architecture governance. Furthermore, you are part of the digital workplace leadership and value stream team.

2/3The theme

We are convinced that our modern digital workplace will be a key enabler for the "future of work" in an agile and collaborative world. You consult and drive the future product capabilities and technology architecture. You make the digital workplace successful.
Working in interdisciplinary DevOps teams, you drive the architecture runway. That is, you formulate architecture guidelines, specify solution concepts, and define implementation steps. You make sure that enterprise architecture principles are followed by closely interacting and aligning with the architecture community.

To succeed, you take full responsibility for the realization and the sustainability of the architectures you have specified. This is what you bring with you:

Your professional profile
  • Master's Degree (Uni/UAS/technical college) in computer science or a similar field
  • Perrenial experience in enterprise architecture and modelling digital solutions for workplace and collaboration services (Workplace, UCC, M365, ZTNA/SDP, CASB)
  • Good understanding of business models, workplace solution market, industries and competitors
  • Entrepreneurship with strong influencer and agile leader capabilities
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies (SAFe) and modern operational paradigms (SRE)
What else sets you apart
  • Senior ability in stakeholder management up to C-Level
  • Excellent in storytelling and moderation
  • A highly autonomous and reliable way of working, not afraid to make decisions
  • Enthusiastic about new technologies and affinity to identify trends and understand their impact
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
