You make sure that our customers receive the best service possible and are understood and heard by nurturing excellent security knowledge, transparency and trust.

  • You are responsible for continuous interactions with our customers on improvement of their security posture
  • You work on ensuring customers' satisfaction with our security operations services
  • You identify and clarify the requirements of customers and share these with our product management, sales and operational units in a structured way

Your skills
  • 5+ years of experience in security, security consulting, security engineering with affinity to customer management
  • Good working knowledge of security and security operations, certificates would be an advantage
  • Quick learner, passion for technology, able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • You speak excellent English and German. Your French is fluent
