Together with your agile team, you will ensure that our customers' Cisco UCC solutions are always up to date and continuously evolving. You will align exciting customer needs with new technologies, enabling our customers to successfully drive their digital transformation. Your contribution will allow them to work efficiently with the latest UCC solutions. We also provide on-call support for our customers outside of office hours.

  • Responsible for the further development of our UC solution (Public & Private Cloud)
  • Monitoring and operation of the existing infrastructure
  • Active involvement in interesting customer projects and internal initiatives
  • Support in change, problem, and incident management
  • Option for remote work

  • Completed IT education with a focus on Voice or UC systems
  • Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in Cisco UCC (CUCM, IM&P, Unity Connection, Expressway C+E, Webex)
  • Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, ...)
  • Sound networking experience; knowledge in VMware and data center technologies is advantageous
