1/3The team

The project team (i.e. agile team) consists of developers, testers, a solution designer, scrum master, and product owner. We use the SAFe framework, in which several "feature" teams form an Agile Release Train (ART). These teams share development and support activities. The ART consists of about 50 people in total and interacts with different business teams within Swisscom.

2/3The project

Grab the chance to be part of the creation of a portal for the entire B2B Sales Group. Together with us, you master the adventure and use the possibilities to build something exemplary that does not move into the area of ITSM. Exiting processes in sales, leadership, and other areas await you.

3/3Skill Check

You support the ART with your ability to make sense of facts and problems. Over time, you manage the development of the applications and the already existing functions.

Your professional profile
  • Experience in Service Now and in business analysis
  • Know-how in agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements
  • Service Now development and configuration desirable
What else sets you apart
  • Independent, responsible, flexible, adaptable, and able to make sense of complex issues
  • Very good written and spoken English 
  • German and French a plus
  • Enjoys working in an intercultural environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage expectations
