In this role as a Database Administrator (DBA), you will be at the heart of our Oracle Cloud service offering to our customers. You will operate and develop cloud database services and the underlying infrastructure, working closely with our customers.

  • Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Oracle database systems
  • Ensuring optimal data security, performance optimization and high availability of the database
  • Establishing and maintaining storage structures, user accounts and database backups
  • Conducting user training on database access and providing proactive and reactive data management support
  • Collaborating with product developers, infrastructure teams and other key stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Extensive expertise in utilizing Oracle DBA front-end and back-end tools, SQL and PL/SQL
  • Know-how in database backup procedures, recovery systems and ensuring robust database security
  • Familiarity with Oracle's Exadata, Exadata Cloud@Customer and OCI Services
