You are a member of an agile team that includes technology and market experts, product owners, cybersecurity engineers and other agile roles. Together, we manage the go-to-market strategy for the B2B convergence offering and implement services for business customers.

As a Security Engineer, you will work on innovative and challenging connectivity and security products and provide our business customers with the best possible support for digitalisation. You will utilise the latest B2B connectivity technologies provided by Swisscom Services.

  • Provide pre-sales support for designing ICT Security & SASE solutions
  • Analyse and localise complex faults in accordance with SLA/OLA specifications, economically and with the required quality
  • Implement measures to rectify faults and escalate fault conditions to suppliers or manufacturers if necessary
  • Create security policies and MACDs, test them and maintain the existing system documentation

  • Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science
  • Several years of experience as an ICT security engineer or in comparable positions
  • Experience in ICT security (SASE/SSE), telecommunications and cloud technologies

  • Possesses vendor certificates such as CCNA, CCNP and SASE with expertise in Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet and/or Checkpoint
  • Willingness to work in an agile environment and be on call regularly
