1/3The team

Our multilingual, interdisciplinary and English speaking team consists of highly motivated DevOps engineers, one scrum master and one product owner. Together we work in an agile set-up following SAFe. From the idea until the implementation we are jointly responsible for the automation. In your daily line of work you will use your expertise to operate cutting edge technology.

2/3The theme

We are part of the Telco Cloud Infrastructure (TCI) Agile Release Train, which provides hard- and software infrastructures for the cloudification of Swisscom Telco services. Those services include mobile voice and data communication, enterprise remote connectivity, IoT and 5G.

3/3Skill Check

Our team provides the infrastructure automation for one of the most important future platforms. These are your skills:

Your professional profile
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux/Unix
  • Strong scripting and programming skills in at least one common language (e.g. Python, Bash)
  • Experience in automation of technical operational tasks using Ansible or Puppet
  • Know-how in development, provision, and support of the application in a 24x7 production environment
  • Experience with OpenStack and the orchestration of containers (Kubernetes)
What else sets you apart
  • Experience in constructing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab, GIT)
  • Very good English written and spoken
  • Structured and careful way of working
  • Open mindset
  • Team-oriented personality that enjoys working in an agile team
