Our dynamic team consists of seven engineers based in Bern and Zurich.
We work in an agile organisation and value flexibility and teamwork. Communication, knowledge sharing and continuous learning are crucial to our success.

2/3The themes

We design, build and operate the monitoring for our B2B VoIP services and platforms. Mainly, we develop and operate real-time traffic monitoring solutions to identify customer problems and generate reports. In addition, we are responsible for test automation in our ART. We support the feature teams involved in the same ART during the development and implementation phase concerning CI/CD pipelines and the automation of E2E tests.
You contribute significantly to the development and operation of our VoIP monitoring platforms. With your know-how, you ensure that our solutions function stably and securely and are continuously improved. You also support and drive our vision in the area of Cloud and Big Data.

Your professional profile
  • Degree (FH/HF/Uni) in computer science or equivalent
  • Perrenial experience in software engineering (ideally - in telecommunications companies)
  • Solid programming skills in one of the common languages (Python, Java, Scala, etc.)
  • Know-how in setting up monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana and Alert Manager
  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools and the maintenance of pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)
What else sets you apart
  • Proactive, open, and communicative personality
  • Team-oriented, precise, and able to work independently
  • Good German and English written and spoken
  • Know-how in the area of Enterprise Big Data with tools such as Apache Kafka, Druid and Pivot
  • Experience in cloud environments and containerised setups
