The team develops, implements and operates vIMS platforms for Swisscom Voice Services. You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure the best possible customer experience.   • Contribute to the development, integration and support of the virtual IMS platform
  • Continuously automate existing processes using state-of-the-art SRE and CI/CD practices
  • Identify, analyze and resolve issues to ensure smooth end-to-end service operations
  • Hybrid office setup with the possibility of multiple days of remote work

Your skills
  • Completion of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (EFZ) or practical experience in IT or telecommunications
  • Experience with IMS and common VoIP protocols (SIP, Diameter, DNS), as well as IP networks
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and virtualization (OpenStack, Kubernetes)
  • Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new technologies, data and tools such as CI/CD and DevOps (GIT, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Soap) and experience in scripting (XML, NetConf, Python, Bash)
What makes you stand out
  • Ability to ensure stable operation including testing, monitoring, error analysis, troubleshooting and technical documentation with willingness for on-call duty and night work
  • Enthusiasm for new topics and adaptability to learn new things and actively contribute experiences to the team

  • Very good English; German is advantageous
