The ART Data Lake is part of Swisscom's Data, Analytics, and AI division. We are dedicated to developing and operating the best data lake platforms and analytics tools that are the foundations for the whole of Swisscom to become a data-driven company.

2/3The themes

Our agile release train consists of several teams developing and operating the data platforms to generate insights for the entire Swisscom. As Tribe Chief, you ensure that your tribe colleagues have the right environment to develop further. Together with the agile leader team, you lead our transformation to the cloud. In the first months, you design the transformation of the organizational structure together with the agile leadership team to optimally work.

As a coach and mentor, you lead colleagues. You encourage and enable them for the necessary further development and give them orientation in their actions as well as attitudes.

3/3Skill Check

As a Tribe Chief data lake, you have a few years of experience in developing organisations and teams in an agile environment and a passion for AI, Big Data or Cloud. This is what you bring with you:

Your professional profile
  • Strong experience in leading agile teams and in transforming organisations
  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science, economics, psychology or related fields, or relevant work experience
  • Passionate about technology, data and AI with a growth mindset and several years of experience in a technology company
  • Understanding of data warehousing, big data, and data science
  • Strong people leadership experience including the ability to coach and mentor colleagues

  • Strong people focus, team-oriented, ability to motivate and empower peers and colleagues
  • Strong leadership skills, self-driven, and ready to take responsibility
  • Strategic and long-term thinking, ability to make decisions and follow-up on them
