As a Solution Architect for Swisscom Clouds, you will be responsible for managing complex, large-scale cloud platforms for hundreds of customers. With a deep understanding of the entire technology stack, from physical hardware to virtual networks, software orchestration and user-friendly APIs and UIs, you will drive the development and optimisation of these platforms. Working with a team of experienced system architects and lead engineers, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the cloud infrastructure.

  • Designing technical and business architectures for hybrid cloud services
  • Guiding, supporting, aligning and coaching DevOps teams in building cloud services
  • In-depth understanding of the entire technology stack of modern cloud platforms
  • Talent for collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Up-to-date knowledge in designing, orchestrating and automating cloud services, including cloud economics and hands-on experience with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of software architecture principles and patterns necessary for building cloud-native applications
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and modern operational paradigms (e.g., SRE)
