What you achieve

Together with the account managers, you negotiate the sales transactions with customers, take charge of active sourcing opportunities, and bring them to a conclusion. Your systematic sales activities focus on relevant outsourcing and service/solution mandates from the B2B portfolio. In addition, you develop a project pipeline with the account managers to ensure we reach the target turnover. In this way, you expand Swisscom's leading ICT market position in Switzerland. Furthermore, you identify future customer requirements and ICT trends such as digital transformation, Journey to Cloud (hybrid models), multi-vendor management, application management, and IoT. You coordinate all sales activities between customers and Swisscom B2B. Plus, you are responsible for commercial development, review the prepared offers with the bid team within the quality gates framework, and lead contract negotiations.

Why you succeed

  • Technical degree (ETH/Uni/UAS/FCC) or degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in business administration
  • Many years of experience as a senior sales executive with proven acquisition and sales success (track record of sales cases in the double-digit million range)
  • Broad know-how in implementing business requirements with efficient digital solutions
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in ICT outsourcing, managed services, and Swisscom's growth areas, e.g. IoT, application and cloud (hybrid)
  • Good understanding of market development, customer needs, and trends
  • Distinct customer network, also at C-level
  • Very good English and French, German a plus
