As a Microsoft Licensing Specialist, you will provide support to customers in the design and implementation of complex licensing solutions, both in the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

  • Attract and manage customers for Microsoft licensing solutions
  • Create and implement attractive offers to optimize licensing costs and provide technical support solutions
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging networks with manufacturers and partners

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent practical knowledge
  • Several years of experience in license consulting and Microsoft volume licensing with large customers, including relevant certifications
  • Experience in customer acquisition, customer success management and/or consulting
  • High acceptance on C-level and in professional committees

  • Experience in the public sector
  • Proactive, assertive and driven by a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience as a licensing consultant and advisor, particularly in the Microsoft Cloud environment
  • Very good German and English; French is advantageous
