What you achieve

Focusing on relevant ICT outsourcing and infrastructure solution projects, you lead new active opportunities and bring them to a conclusion. Collaborating with account managers, you develop a sales funnel to ensure we reach our growth objectives. You identify future customer requirements and ICT trends such as digital transformation, modern data center, smart working, journey to the cloud, and IoT. On a day-to-day basis, you coordinate sales activities between customers and Swisscom. You review the prepared offers with the bid team within the quality gates framework and lead contract negotiations. In presentations, you highlight the benefits of our portfolio and solutions, and you leverage your experience working with and influencing C-level executives. To do so, you collaborate with specialized sales and engineering teams. You create an environment that encourages trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts.

Why you succeed

  • Technical degree (ETH/Uni/UAS/FCC)
  • Many years of experience as a senior sales executive with proven acquisition and sales success
  • Track record of understanding customers issues and working with and influencing C-level executives
  • Broad know-how in implementing business requirements with efficient digital solutions
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in ICT outsourcing, managed services, and Swisscom's growth areas, e.g. cloud transformation
  • Good understanding of market development, customer needs, and trends
  • Able to demonstrate and present the benefits of our solutions
  • Very good English and French, German a plus
