As Head of Sales System Integration, you will be responsible for supervising Sales Managers in Datacenter, Workplace and Network Solutions, including resource management, staff training, recruiting, managing proposal preparation, coaching, strategic development and execution of the go-to-market plan. You will establish the go-to-market plan and drive lead generation activities, prospecting and building strong relationships with customers as a motivated leader with a deep understanding of the Swiss IT market.
- Supporting staff in their personal and professional development through individual coaching, enhancing communication quality with customers and setting and monitoring objectives
- Ensuring domain activities commercial growth aligns with budgetary expectations
- Cultivating productive working relationships with internal sales teams and domain partners
- Actively managing team performance in terms of quantity and quality, addressing escalations and optimizing resource allocation
- Monitor reports, attend and facilitate team meetings and debriefings, and work with department management on staff compensation, hiring and onboarding
