As Head of HR Analytics, you will spearhead the transformation of our current team into a top-notch analytics team that enables proactive, data-driven HR decision-making and achieves organizational influence through strong relationships with Swisscom's management. You will be responsible for developing the team's vision and strategy to ensure the delivery of optimal data-based insights that support Swisscom's people and HR strategy. Your role will also involve implementing use cases that focus on strategic business priorities, efficiently and proactively managing stakeholder requirements and introducing advanced analytics methods where suitable and feasible.
- Drive the development of the HR analytics vision, strategy, and governance in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring consistent implementation
- Develop a comprehensive HR perspective and KPI strategy for systematic and predictive utilization of people analytics, elevating HR to a strategic role
- Continuously enhance the product and service portfolio along the employee lifecycle, increasing the impact of HR analytics, democratizing data and insights, and optimizing the user experience
- Explore advanced analytics use cases to generate targeted business value for Swisscom, such as talent identification, development and retention, and systematic development of future key skills within the organization
- Lead the HR analytics team, continuously evolving the operating model and demand management, while ensuring the necessary skills within the HR analytics team
