A transformation to the telco cloud and thus the cloudification of the core is imminent in the area of mobile data. You ensure the skill change towards the cloud. In addition, you have an eye on automation since the entire software lifecycle will be fully automated. To make this possible, the tribe's employees must expand their software skills systematically.

Thanks to you, the necessary employee capacities are in line with the business requirements. To reach this goal, you consider individual skills, availability, and performance. You also create a mix of internal and external resources. You lead the employees in a servant-leader approach, i.e. you encourage, enable, and ensure their further development. In short, you give them guidance in their actions and attitudes. Plus, you are part of the MBM Leadership Team and promote Agile Mastery as well as the transformation of the organisational structure and processes.

Why you succeed

  • Several years of experience in targeted coaching/mentoring as well as in personnel supervision
  • Extensive know-how in leadership as well as in the principles of Lean/Agile Leaderships
  • Knowledge of the market, industry, and competition
  • Experience in shoring, talent management, or strategic human resources planning is a plus
  • Understanding of the business, technical, and technological aspects of the employees' activities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and assertiveness, empathetic, and able to deal with conflicts
  • Very good German and English, French a plus
