What you achieve

You are an agile developer by heart and a software engineer by passion. You code in interdisciplinary groups, living the DevOps culture. Our team is organized into four squads and works according to SAFe guidelines, including Scrum. Together, we create powerful applications that automate network operation tasks.

Our applications are primarily developed in Ruby on Rails using CI/CD and test-driven development. Bamboo, Jira and git are important tools in our daily work. You are a team player, choosing pair-programming to achieve high code quality and ensure distribution of knowledge. We are service-minded, and so are you. Daily contact with customers helps us improve our applications. We always deliver on time and work to continuously perfect our code and environments.

Why you succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science
  • Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
  • Broad knowledge of software development, ability to analyze complex technical information
  • Quick comprehension of network and tool environments
  • Dedicated DevOps worker and Agile Manifesto fan
  • Team player, at ease working in a customer-oriented environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
