What you achieve

Working in a multidisciplinary agile team according to the DevOps method, you help us improve the performance of several applications within the Swisscom IT landscape. Our mission is to support large solutions with performance engineering and enable teams to create their own benchmarking and validate the customer experience. You define testing approaches and execute them. Additionally, you leverage your developing skills by collaborating with database administrators, solution architects, or operations. Our team strives to constantly improve; you enjoy working with people that are open for new ideas and new technologies to improve the user experience.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or related fields
  • Experience in performance engineering
  • Know-how of performance related tools like LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, Gatling, or Karate
  • Knowledge of automation related tools like Selenium
  • Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
  • Familiar with cloud technologies
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, German a plus
