What you achieve

Together with the Product Owner, you form the Lean Agile Leadership team. With your experience in an agile environment, you support the team in reflecting on and optimizing the joint work steps on a daily basis. At the same time, you ensure that the team members are able to work in peace, completely focused on the essentials. You are responsible for the team-specific implementation according to Scrum and are committed to advancing the status quo. In doing so, you always strive for maximum benefit and optimization. In addition, you orchestrate according to SAFe and, as facilitator, lead the rituals in a varied and valuable way. You keep an eye on the timeliness of the Scrum artifacts and visualize the team's progress. By promoting personal responsibility, active cooperation, and self-organization, you play a crucial role in the transition of our organization into an agile company. Whenever conflicts arise, you are committed to constructively resolve them.

Why you succeed

  • Bachelor (ETH/Uni/UAS) in a technical field
  • SAFe Scrum Master or comparable certification
  • Experience as Scrum Master in IT and service development projects, several years of experience in managing agile projects
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Dynamic and assertive personality, committed to implement the agile principles
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Empathy and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to establish a trusting relationship within the team
  • Very good English, good German
