What you achieve

You are part of tiko, both an Energy Management System and one of the largest Virtual Power Plants in the world. To create the most compelling solution for residential and B2B clients, we have built a multi-tenant system to manage hundreds of thousands of customers based on Odoo (previously Open ERP). We need you to lead all new initiatives in that field, enabling the company to grow worldwide.

Drawing on your development skills, you design business processes with customers and partners in the energy market and drive the implementation of scalable, robust and optimized solutions. You create and implement Enterprise Resource Planning with Odoo internally and together with third party developers. You build interfaces that enable our systems to interact with internal and external services and technologies. You're a self-starter and always open to feedback, thriving in our start-up environment. Once the solutions are live, you ensure our ERP achieves carrier-grade availability.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience designing and developing Odoo apps (new modules and customization)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of several programming languages (Python, Javascript)
  • Track record in designing and automating operational processes (field force, customer acquisition, inventory management, etc.) as well as working with external consultant companies for ERP development
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

We intend to fill this position without involvement of external recruiting or placement companies.
