Thanks to you, our customers receive first-class advice. Key account managers, global partners, and internal stakeholders rely on your experience. You clarify customer needs and develop suitable solutions. In the bidding process, you take the lead and are responsible for the commercial and technical content of the proposal. Based on product guidelines, you define both offer variants and optimum prices. Thanks to you, bids are prepared on time and meet Swisscom's financial and legal requirements. In addition, you accompany account managers to customer visits and support them in presenting our solutions. You work with international clients and are in regular contact with strategically important partner companies. Also, you help us evolve our products and services. Mobile communication and mobile services such as device management are your main focus.

Why you succeed

  • Commercial or technical diploma (FCC) with advanced training (UAS/technical college) in sales
  • Several years of practical experience in sales, preferably in telco and IT services
  • Knowledge of business administration
  • Very good know-how of the telecommunications industry, in particular mobile and fixed-line telephony
  • Solid IT knowledge with a focus on mobile device management (basic knowledge of network architecture and components)
  • Communicative and enthusiastic personality, persistent, with a flair for numbers
  • Very good English and German, French a plus
