What you achieve

You work with a motivated team, responsible for operating, engineering and developing the Copper Access Platform and its netnear IT (e.g. N2510 Network Analyser). In addition, you engineer and implement the optimum solution based on the stakeholder and lifecycle management process. With an innovative approach, you contribute to optimizing network operation and stability by driving automation and proactive maintenance.

You work closely with Product Management with responsibility for the technical requirements of our Internet-Box software as well as other home network products. As part of the agile development process, you continuously develop software for existing and new products and act as the contact for our external partners. You also analyze and troubleshoot faulty behaviors, ensuring high quality standards over the lifecycle. This increases customer satisfaction to the next level and boosts new innovations. You maintain intense contact with suppliers so as to achieve a robust platform.

Why you succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Uni/UAS) in ICT or electrical engineering/software 
engineering
  •  Experience of hardware, software and platform development
  •  In-depth knowledge of Access/xdsl technologies
  •  Experience of agile hardware/software development might be an advantage
  •  Sense of responsibility and reliable teamwork
  •  Communication skills combined with analytical thinking
  •  Very good English and good German, Chinese a plus
