What you achieve

Together with your team, you develop and operate the new customer communication platform CORREO in an agile DevOps environment. You play an essential role in setting up our new CCM system. As one of the technical experts for the product owner and the business team, you live and follow security guidelines and help to ensure compliance. You support the team in incident and problem management as well as system changes on virtual and physical systems. Plus, you take an active role in implementing operational and automation projects. Thanks to your sustainable solutions, the team continuously evolves and becomes more efficient as well as effective.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS/technical college) in computer science or similar
  • Substantial experience and knowledge in programming server applications with Java Frameworks, SQL, and web-services like SOAP/REST
  • Familiar with standard tools and applications like Apache (Tomcat/Camel), SQL, GIT, Grafana, Prometheus
  • Experience with automation topics, CI/CD, test automation, and/or other related areas with scripting or using Ansible, Jenkins
  • Technical know-how in application development, experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Linux skills, experience in DevOps or with Adobe tools are a plus
  • Interest in the business processes behind customer communication is a plus
  • Independent, resilient, creative personality, well-structured worker with a quick comprehension, skilled communicator, eager to work with new technologies and stay up to date
  • Good German and English
