What you achieve

Together with your team, you operate and develop the ServiceNow platform in an agile DevOps environment. Moreover, you are one of the technical contacts for the product owner and advise customers on applications. You live and observe security guidelines, and you demand their compliance. In addition, you take on the following tasks: incident and problem management as well as system changes on virtual and physical systems. You are actively involved in the implementation of operational and automation projects. Thanks to your sustainable solutions, you enable your DevOps team to continuously develop and become more efficient and effective.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (Uni/UAS/technical college) in computer science or similar, or very good knowledge of Linux Red Hat
  • Experienced with standard applications (e.g. Apache/Tomcat, MySQL, LDAP)
  • Know-how in logging and reporting and in the ITIL process
  • Profound know-how in web applications (ServiceNow is an advantage), knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Jenkins)
  • Experience in DevOps is a plus
  • Know-how in platform and service monitoring is a plus
  • SAFe and Linux Red Hat certifications are a plus
  • Willing to be on call regularly
  • Good German and English
