What you achieve

You are responsible for the tools and platforms focusing on the Oracle SBCs of the SIPCore Squad. Thanks to your skills and expertise, we continue to evolve this platform. Taking care of technical analyses and problem solving, you make sure the infrastructure runs stable and secure. You are co-responsible for the continuous development, improvement, and scaling of the core components. Plus, you ensure the stable and sustainable operation of the Swisscom Business VolP platforms (including testing) and provide on-call service.

Why you succeed

  • Technical degree (FCC) or degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science, telecommunications, or a comparable subject
  • Familiar with new agile workflows and methods as well as DevOps
  • Know-how in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GIT, and Artifactory, as well as in virtualization and automation
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Ansible, and Bash
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana or Ribbon/Gendband is a plus
  • Team-oriented, communicative, proactive, motivating, and resilient
  • Willing to be on call regularly
  • Very good English, German a plus
