What you will do

You make sure that CRM mobile platform for third-party brands is always up and running. As point of contact at the 3rd level of support for complex incidents, you liaise with suppliers, engineers and the 3rd level customer care team and forward them targeted information about platform disruptions. Tracking the development of technical faults with experts from other platforms is part of your duties and also training the 2nd level support team on platform developments and new functions. You are involved in pre-release tests and help the Application Manager with development and configuration of the CRM and BSS tool.

Your background

  • Bachelor (HES) in computer science
  • Several years of experience in a similar job or CRM developer or project manager, ideally in the telco sector
  • Excellent knowledge of mobile services and GSM, UMTS, LTE network architecture
  • Knowledge of Java and JBoss a bonus
  • Process-savvy, you are an analytical logical thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good English, good German, French a plus
