You support our business partners and advise them on the development and operation of the system. Because you live and observe the security guidelines enables you to keep a keen eye on security and make sure that others adhere to the guidelines as well. Your work is based on the principles of re-use, resilience, and scalability. You work in an agile team as well as with higher-level architects to incorporate the product vision.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (Uni/UAS) in computer science
  • Experience with best practices and ServiceNow, particularly in customer service management and project portfolio management
  • Several years of proven ServiceNow project experience in at least two modules
  • Knowledge of BizDevOps is a plus
  • Certification as ServiceNow certified system administrator, further certifications in ServiceNow modules or SAFe are a plus
  • High team spirit, logical thinker, and very service-oriented
  • Good English, German a plus
