What you achieve

In addition to preparing the ground for all management decisions regarding FinTech-related proof-of-concepts and initiatives to be developed in cooperation with start-ups and financial services providers, you accompany new business ideas throughout the entire innovation process. Your job includes review and evaluation of start-ups for the initial project phase and first pitch and support for co-creation, maintaining a sharp focus on the business model. Besides creating a prototype for the pilot phase proposal, you improve product development capabilities within Swisscom. Project implementation on behalf of Swisscom is a further responsibility. By contributing your informed opinion of how the banking world could look in 2025, your role in developing our vision is vital.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (Uni/ETH/UAS) in business economics, IT or business information technology, or master's degree (Uni/UAS) in Finance or equivalent qualification
  • Previous management role, knowledge of innovation management and a history with start-ups
  • Good understanding of banking products, securities and/or trust services and/or the banking infrastructure and/or blockchain crypto property services as well as a strong track record of implementation
  • Stakeholder management and C-level experience
  • Good network within the banking and/or FinTech sector
  • Highly motivated to advance FinTech and digital business
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Very good German and English, other languages a plus
