What you achieve

You take on the technical responsibility for "Run The Business", and are the contact person for "Change the Business". In addition, you are part of the on-site team serving our ambitious international customers in coordination with the service manager and ICT Support. You ensure the required availability (SLA) of the customer's ICT infrastructure and support the end user support team on site, and you are the first point of contact for 2nd and 3rd level support. You guarantee IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and document this in the systems provided. At the same time, you are responsible for the technical implementation in change and release management, identify potential for service improvement and implement it. If necessary, you represent the team leader. You communicate with end users, internal teams and partners in a courteous manner in English and German.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS/FCC)) in Computer Science or similar field with practical experience
  • Sound knowledge of and working experience with networks with CCNA/P certification
  • Familiarity with server storage and backup systems NetApp, Veeam, Cisco-UCS, ESXi
  • Know-how in ITIL
  • Independent, flexible and resilient personality with great team spirit
  • Occasional on-call service and assignments abroad
  • Very good German and English
